DPT, SEMARANG – Semarang (2/11), Department of Capture Fisheries, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University (FPIK UNDIP) held a webinar entitled Synergy of Maritime Tourism and Small Islands Capture Fisheries. The synergy between tourism and fisheries activities needs attention. Maintaining the sustainability of natural resources and ecosystems, fishing activities require good regulation and management. The main fisheries management, apart from managing natural resources, is the process of managing humans as natural resource users, which includes ecological, social, economic, and abiotic components.
Organizing this webinar is a form of academic contribution from the Department of Capture Fisheries, FPIK UNDIP which is intended to examine the synergy between marine ecotourism and capture fisheries activities in Small Islands. This time the resource person presented Prof. Budy P. Resosudarmo from Australian National University. (admin)
