Production flow located at PT. Arteria Daya Mulia is distinguished based on the type of material, the raw material used is Nylon material which is then divided into two, namely monofilament and multifilament, to make the main raw material into a quality net, nylon seeds must go through a stage where nylon seeds are melted on temprature, in this heating process is carried out as many as 4 stages, this is useful for determining the size that suits market demand. In the process of the two raw materials can be distinguished as follows, Monofilament: material preparation is continued with the extruder process then dyeing, the use of resin in this process for gluing a material, after the stage is complete, namely the finishing stage but the monofilament material must go through the QC stage or commonly referred to as quality control, after the important stages have been passed then the next is the packing process. As for Monofilament materials must go through thread preparation, then the threads enter the spinning process or yarn spinning process, then the threads are carried out a twist or twist process which will aim to form the size of the yarn according to a predetermined diameter then dyeing, the use of resin in this process for gluing a material, after the stage is complete, namely the finishing stage but the monofilament material must go through the QC stage or Commonly referred to as quality control, after the important stages have been passed, the next is the packing process.
